Sara St. Clair
(b. 1998 Austin, Texas) is an interdisciplinary artist who contemplates the nuances of contemporary communication and interpersonal connection. She has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in Sculpture and Post-Studio Practices from the University of Colorado Boulder. She also received a Bachelor of Science in Technology, Arts, and Media. St. Clair has shown work at Dab Art (Los Angeles, CA), Beacon Gallery (Kansas City, MO), and Rancho La Florida (Antonito, CO). Her work was selected for an award in 2019 and 2020 in the juried King Exhibition (Boulder, CO). The artist was most recently in residence at TUOTUO (Joutsa, FI)
challenging soft & craft material’s connotations to comment on our social, mental and emotional connections. Her work was featured in two Finnish magazines (Astra, and Salarakas) upon completing this residency.
